Welcome to Feeding with Love, where you can learn more about feeding problems.
Feeding with Love is created by me, Zoe Connor. I'm an award-winning dietitian. I've been helping children, young people, and adults with feeding problems for nearly 25 years in the NHS and privately.
Feeding with Love is rooted in compassion and inclusivity. I want you to feel safe and welcome here, regardless of your background, identity, body shape, or neurotype.
This is a platform for me to share some of the things I've learned about feeding problems with you, whether you are a parent, carer, fellow dietitian, or other professional helping families.
I am currently juggling a PhD, an NHS job and parenting young kids, so adding new content here is on the back burner for now.
Please sign up for our email newsletter (form below) to be notified when new content is launched.
You can also join my Feeding with Love community hosted here on Podia (it's free to join). Here you can get involved in helping me develop new resources via being early testers, as well as letting me know what resources will make the most difference to you. All are wellcome :).
Here is my blog, which mainly signposts to other resources I think you might find useful.
I have plans for new resources for both professionals and the public. All are currently under development, but progress is slow while my kids are young, so please bear with!
In the meantime free to browse and comment on Feeding with Love, you're welcome here.

"Zoe listened carefully to what I had to say and she responded thoughtfully and appropriately. She was prompt for appointments and very reliable. Her professional knowledge was good and I felt very confident in her knowledge. She has a gentle reassuring personality. She makes you feel that your treatment is important to her – Zoe would be well recommended by me to patients of any age.”
I am so happy to provide a recommendation for Zoe Connor as I cannot recommend her enough.
I have worked with Zoe in neighbouring NHS trusts and found her work to be very thorough and professional. It is clear that she cares very much for her patients.
Zoe has been a tremendous help to me in the field of autism. She provided useful support with my research project in autism.
Zoe is a proactive and dynamic dietitian who will continue to be a tremendous asset to the dietetic profession.
