Hello and welcome. I’m Zoe Connor, a registered dietitian and nutrition consultant and expert in advising on all sorts of diet-related issues.

My approach:

I take a compassionate approach, encouraging responsive feeding, body size acceptance, and respect for different parenting choices. I believe nutrition is key to health and eating is one of life’s great pleasures.  Many people lose this pleasure through stressful feeding problems, I aim to help you get your enjoyment of mealtimes back.

My professional interests include autism, breast/chestfeeding and infant nutrition, neuro-disability, cerebral palsy, behavioural feeding problems, and intuitive eating.

My services:

My main job is in the NHS and research. Alongside that and family commitments I regretably don't have availability for private consultations or commissioned projects.

Instead, I'm developing online courses and materials to help others manage feeding problems. You can find all my resources here under my brand Feeding with Love.

Via Stress-Free Mealtimes I aimed to help parents of toddlers who are fussy eaters. These resources were based on many years of helping families via my NHS and private work and informed by the best available evidence and expert consensus.
